Maya Danon is an israeli musician and sound artist. her music is a combination of electronics and accoustics that can be described as melodic noise. One of her projects, Blue Morning with Racheli, is a collaboration with Alma Shneor (photographer and a video artist) and was recorded in 2006. Another project was inspired by -Peter and the wolf-, the first version of it was a collaboration with the guitar player Tal Kirshboim. These days, working on a new project -DancersLess Dance Music-. Maya also present her sound installation -Foundations- at different places in Israel. In addition to the creative work, Maya is a teacher in the department of new music at the Musrara school of art in Jerusalem.
