The Finnish rautalanka band The Spectre plays 60’s guitar instrumental music Tube amplifiers and tape echoes are part of the group’s sound. The Spectre was formed in 1997 and they are still performing in the original line up.

The band has released the following albums: Tähdet kertovat (2000), Flaming Star (2003), Starman (2005) and Rautalanka Collection - 10th Anniversary. In addition, their music has been featured on more than ten compilation CDs and DVDs.

The Spectre has 60’s style stage set including the instruments, lights and outfits. In Finland The Spectre has been performing at almost every rautalanka- and 60’s event, as well as in many traditional outdoor dance halls.
