Never The Last Breath

Never The Last Breath formed in early 2009, a female fronted alternative heavy rock avant-garde band intent on writing in an individual style to become something completely new. N.T.L.B began writing not knowing exactly what they were destined to sound like, through experimentation and learning each other strengths and styles their first song was created ‘Void’ giving them a clear idea how the rest of the written set may sound. Upon writing more songs quickly realised that no song was to sound the same and yet they all fit in with the way the band wished to be viewed. The band members all wrote at least one song individually thus bringing across all members styles and influences. N.T.L.B take their influences from such bands as SlipKnot and Kittie to then range to Taylor Swift and the Beatles this coming across in the music through the heavier and melodic guitar riffs, drum beats and vocals. Never The Last Breath are a Derby based band although the members are actually spread throughout Lichfield, Derby and Burton areas, thus meaning they intend to have gigs in all areas. N.T.L.B are not just a band but are also a close knit group of friends and through highs and lows finally on the 10th October 2009 had their first gig. The band are regular visitors to Open Mic Night at the Old Bell in Derby on Wednesday nights and have since played a number of gigs each helping the band progress with stage presence and confidence. Never The Last Breath are now due to release their first demo in the hopes of getting further within the music industry.
